Eradicate Extreme Poverty in Rural Communities
Our mission is to put smiles in the faces of families who leave below the poverty line in our communities.
Families are found in our various internally displaces camps for reasons, not their making.
We have paid unscheduled visits and donated food supplies and clothing materials. But we want to take it to the empowerment level.
We believe that through targeted skill acquisition training programs of different vocational skills, we are equipping them for self-reliance.
We have developed an achievable training module to suit their particular needs and capture their different abilities.
We have on our program to establish them after the training with start-up kids and grants. Through this well-articulated plan of the foundation, the ripple effect will see a reduction in crime rate, prostitution among and early marriage.
Providing Clean & Accessible Drinking Water
Due to the level of poverty in sub-Sahara Africa, there’s been over the years a lack of access to clean, and safe water in so many communities. From statistics, over 783 million people are without access to clean water, 40% of this number live in sub-Saharan Africa, and more than 320 million people lack access to safe drinking water.
Apart from financial constraints on the part of these communities due to poverty, this scarcity is exacerbated by weak rainwater harvesting, limited renewal of groundwater, and limited water conservation.
Our mission is to deploy technology to deliver clean, safe, and free water schemes to deprived communities we serve. Drilling boreholes and using solar-powered electricity to sustain this supply. In areas where this infrastructure existed but was not functional, we deploy resources to reticulate and supply to communities. We are open to working with the government at all levels, donor agencies, private philanthropists, and indeed all stakeholders to achieve this feat.
Promoting Education At All Levels Through Scholarships
We understand the positive effect education plays on any nation. The number of out-of-school children in Nigerian alone is enough to breed insecurity. The lack of it undoubtedly is the reason Africa is where it is today. We know is a huge gap and we want to fill a little beginning from where we are now.
Our programs include but are not limited to the following
- Scholarships to deserving children of the less-privilege
- Rebuilding of dilapidated school facilities to encourage enrollment of school children.
- Building of libraries and equipped with relevant books.
- Purchase of examination forms to students who cannot afford it.
- Supply of learning materials and school uniforms to mostly girl-child.
- Building sports and recreational facilities
We believe that with these programs, making a mark and lifting families out of poverty will be achieved.
Empowering Women In Small-Scale Businesses Through Grants.
Empowering rural women in business with small grants. When we identify areas of need and readiness to apply the simple principle of business plan and development at a small scale, we can provide them with grants to keep start their business and monitor the growth for sustainability.
